I don’t remember the name of the short story we read in class but it was about a serial killer who killed hitchhikers and fed them to pigs to get rid of the body. But the most interesting part was the conversations the guy would have in his head about his son who died in a war. It was very interesting, dark and well written. The piece that I’m most proud of is a short story I wrote set in the fallout post apocalyptic universe. I really liked the story and the way I established the world with descriptions and the way people talk to each other. The piece I most want to do over is a piece about a fight in a nightclub, my teacher at the time had me tone it down and make things more vague but personally I didn’t care for those changes.

Animal welfare Keeper

My perfect job would involve the direct care of animals in some form of rehabilitation or educational purposes. It would need to be a reputable establishment like an AZA affiliated zoo or a state sponsored wildlife refuge. Where Ill get trained by a more experienced member before stating myself.

The tasks that would draw me towards this job would be anything involving direct contact with animals such as feeding, watering, grooming, enrichment, enclosure cleaning and assisting with additional tasks as they appear.

If they’re asking for qualifications I have then It immediately draws my attention because it means that it is a more intensive/ higher level job.

Honestly any benefits would be a silver lining for me I would take a job like this even with low to no benefits
